Question 1 of 3
How often do you quit a survey halfway?
12 question types · unlimited forms, free · €0 per response · 8 ready-made styles · conditional logic included · per-question drop-off · CSV export · QR and iframe · no account to answer · servers in Europe · Italian and English
The same survey, asked two ways.
This isn't about taste. A wall of fields announces how much time it will cost before anyone reads a word of it, and whoever opens it decides right there whether it's worth it. One question at a time makes no such promise.
The usual form
Six walls of fields on one screen. You can see the cost at a glance — so you close the tab.
With Formarium
Question 1 of 6
What's your name?
One thing at a time. It doesn't feel like homework, so people finish it.
Features
Everything you need. Nothing you don't.
Twelve question types, not eighty. Logic you read as a sentence, not a node diagram. The maths already done, not a spreadsheet to pivot.
Logic
Only ask what matters to that person.
One plain-English line: if the answer is this, jump to that question. Someone who answers “no” never sees the eight questions written for the people who said “yes”, and the form shortens itself.
Results
The maths already done, not a wall of cells.
Percentages, averages, NPS score and — the thing nobody tells you — exactly which question people quit on. The CSV is there when you want it.
How satisfied are you?
4,3
Analytics
Where people stop
Responses over time, which forms are pulling their weight, which day and hour people actually answer. It's for deciding when to send the next link, not for making charts.
Question 4 costs you 70% of your answers. Now you know, and you can cut it.
Twelve types
Sharing
A link, a QR code, an iframe.
All generated for you. Respondents don't make an account — that single choice decides how many answers you collect — and if you do need to know who answered, you turn it on for that form.
- Direct link
- QR code
- Iframe on your site
- Automatic closing
Looks
It shouldn't look like somebody else's form.
The same eight you just watched cycle above, held still and side by side. One click each, and then every piece is yours. All of it in CSS: no font to download, no image to wait for — the form paints on the first frame, even on 3G.

- 1
Write the questions
Start from a blank page or a ready-made template. Nothing is required: a title, the questions, and you're done.
- 2
Publish
One button. Out comes a link, a QR code and an iframe. From then on anyone with the link can answer, no sign-up.
- 3
Read the answers
They arrive already counted, with averages, charts and the exact point where people stop. CSV whenever you need it.
Pricing
You pay for neither forms nor responses.
No ceiling anywhere: as many forms as you like, all live at once, and every response that comes in. A survey that stops collecting halfway has lost real data, and whoever it happened to doesn't come back. Pro does one thing: it lets you decide how your form looks.

Two pages written carefully, which also say when you're better off staying where you are. Nobody believes a comparison that wins every row.
Frequently asked questions
Is Formarium free?+
Yes, with no ceilings: unlimited forms all live at once, unlimited responses, all twenty-four question types, conditional logic, stats, analytics and CSV export. Pro is €4 a month and removes no limit — it only lets you decide how the form looks: ready-made styles, backgrounds, textures, typography, your logo and a background photo.
Do respondents need an account?+
No. Anyone with the link just fills it in — that single choice is what decides how many responses you collect. If you do need to know who answered, you can require sign-in on a per-form basis.
How is it different from Google Forms?+
In how it feels to fill in. Google Forms puts every question on one page; Formarium shows one at a time, with transitions and keyboard shortcuts, the way Typeform does. Building one stays as simple as Google Forms: write the questions and publish.
How does the price compare to Typeform?+
Typeform's free plan stops at around ten responses a month and a handful of forms; Formarium's caps neither forms nor responses. The full plan here is €4 a month against the roughly €25 Typeform starts at, and it only buys you the looks. In exchange, Typeform has far more native integrations and payments inside the form.
Can I embed a survey on my website?+
Yes, with an iframe you copy from the Share tab. You can also share the direct link or the QR code it generates for you.
Can I change how the form looks?+
Yes, quite a lot: twelve hues plus the exact hue, seven backgrounds, eight textures, five type pairings, four text sizes, corner radius and option styles. Pro adds a logo, a background photo, a forced light or dark theme and removing the credit. All in CSS: nothing to download.
Where do the responses live?+
On servers in Europe, visible only to whoever created the form. You read them inside Formarium with charts and a table, and export CSV whenever you need it. Published forms are never indexed by search engines.
Can I see where people abandon?+
Yes, question by question. Every started response is saved as it goes, so you know how many people reached a given question and how many got past it. That's the information you need to cut the form in the right place.
As many as you like.
