When to use it
It's the measure you compare over time and across products: “how likely are you to recommend us, 0 to 10”. Formarium splits promoters (9–10), passives (7–8) and detractors (0–6) and calculates the score for you.
Three things that help
- The 0–10 scale is fixed and can't be changed: that's what makes the number comparable to anyone else's.
- The second question — the why — is the valuable one. The score says there's a problem, the text says which.
- Send it to the same audience every three months: an NPS read once means nothing.
