When to use it
You need one when you have to decide something and don't want to decide on a hunch: what to build, what to cut, what nobody cares about. The percentages are already calculated in the Responses tab.
Three things that help
- Don't go past seven questions. Completion falls off a cliff there, and the extra question costs you the answers to the first six.
- Use jump logic so you don't ask everyone about something that concerns a few.
- Check the drop-off before you send it again: it tells you exactly which question to remove.
