When to use it
Birthdays, weddings, company dinners, workshops. It replaces the group chat where nobody ends up knowing the headcount: here the total is a number in the Responses tab.
Three things that help
- Turn on “one response per person” with required sign-in if you don't want duplicates.
- Set automatic closing to the date you have to give numbers to the venue: the form closes itself.
- Keep the dietary field open text, not multiple choice: real allergies are never in the options you thought of.
