When to use it
Restaurants, studios, workshops, visits: anywhere bookings arrive by message and end up on a handwritten sheet. Here they arrive sorted by date, with the phone number next to them.
Three things that help
- Ask for the phone number, not just the email: if you have to cancel last minute, nobody reads email in time.
- Use the scheduled open if bookings start at a set hour: you can send the link early and the form opens by itself.
- Closing automatically after N responses is the simplest way to never take more bookings than you have seats.
