When to use it
From a twenty-person workshop to a five-hundred-person conference: only the number changes, not the form. Multiple-choice sessions tell you how many chairs each room needs before you have to move them.
Three things that help
- Set the automatic close at real capacity: the form stops accepting on its own, and nobody turns up with a confirmation that doesn't count.
- Dietary needs as free text, never as options: real allergies are never on the list you guessed.
- Use a Consent question, not a line in the description: that way what was accepted, and when, stays on the record.
