An order form, not a shop
An order form for anyone who sells a few things: product from a menu, quantity, delivery address in separate fields and notes for the courier. The address comes out of the CSV ready for labels.

When to use it
When you have five products and twenty orders a week, a store is cost and maintenance for a problem you don't have. Here an order arrives as one row, with the address already split into columns.
Three things that help
- Use the Address question type, not free text: in the CSV it becomes one column per field, which is what you need to print labels.
- Don't take payment in the form: send the link or the details in the confirmation, so anyone who changes their mind hasn't already paid.
- Point the webhook at a sheet or your back office: the order copies itself to where you actually work on it.
