When to use it
After the first few weeks of use, when the initial excitement has worn off and habits have formed. It's the only moment when «which features do you actually use» has an answer other than «all of them».
Three things that help
- «What made you swear» collects three times more answers than «what would you improve»: the second is a polite question, and polite answers are useless.
- Ask which features are used, not which are liked: the two lists almost never match.
- The last question — «what's missing for you to use it daily» — is the roadmap, written by customers.
